Pre-set corporate style so it applies to all templates for the organization

We have a standard look for our emails that we use several times weekly. But, when copying and pasting into a text block, the texts defaults to a size and color we don't want. So it is very time-consuming to have to re-format all of the text. We would like there to be a way to set up a global template so we don't have to do as much editing in the body of the email (even to the block and section settings, colors, everything!)
