Currently, HTTPS support is not fully available. Links in emails will be HTTP, images in emails are served over HTTP, and when using a CNAME for web forms, the web forms will be served over HTTP as well.
It's possible to serve web forms over HTTPS by manually using analytics.clickdimensions.com, but that looks weird for our customers and still images will be served over HTTP, causing a warning in for example Firefox.
What needs to be fixed:
I'm especially concerned about the web forms. Our data protection officer has indicated that the forms should be served over HTTPS (because of personal data), especially with the GDPR deadline coming up.
Other ESPs do provide these services.
Hi All,
We do now support HTTPS for both Web content records and Email links via SSL Certificates in ClickDimensions Settings page.

Agree with all of the above.
Using an Email CNAME the PRECONFIGURED links created by ClickDimensions - view in browser, and global unsubscribe - are both served over http. All modern browsers will display a 'site not secure; message which damages the reputation of the sender.
On the other hand, without using an Email CNAME subscribers can't be confident following links which are not branded with a domain they recognize and from which the email has originated.

With secure links in webforms, ClickDimensions manages the SSL certificates and hosts the forms with https links. It is a bit more complex when it comes to secure links in emails. We are working with our email provider to provide support for secure links in emails in Q1'22.

Our security department actively discourages people from clicking on links that are not a) https and b) in the same domain. Current ClickD Email links do not satisfy either criteria, and our business relies on getting people to click on these links. The ability to upload an SSL certificate for Email CNAMEs is huge for us

I really do not understand why this feature is not avilable. This is really a must to gain a recipients trust in ClickDimensions emails.
Feature is here for webforms but not for email links:

But not for links:

Any idea, when is this planned to be delivered?

We are also receiving complaints about security blocking links in emails. Is there an update to when email links will be https compatible with CNAMEs?

Any comments from Clickdimensions as when this will come? It was first promised for Q1 2019, now it's Q3 2021 and it's still not there.

I second this. Right now any link to a profile management page is served in http and if you override this and use the direct https link it removes the pre-populated fields functionality.
