Adding Email Sends and Email Templates to 'Relevant Search'

In testing the UI, we have discovered that “Email Send” and “Email template” are not listed as entities that can be shown in the “Relevant Search” for the CRM. They are there in the Categorised search however.

It would benefit everyone who uses Global search for their primary searching, as these important entities should be available in every search option.

    Now that Microsoft have made Relevance Search the only game in town, it is currently impossible to Global Search these Tables so that feature has effectively become broken as a consequence of the Microsoft change.

    To allow a Customer to include a Table (Entity) in Relevance Search, in a future release, ClickDimensions need to set the Managed Property “Can enable sync to external search index” of each Table to “True”.

    Standard (Microsoft) Tables have this Managed Property set to “True” and ClickDimensions need to do the same.
