Submit ClickDimension Save on CRM Save of Email Templates

Quite often users click Save and Close on a Email Template record and don't realise changes that they have made to the email body have not been saved. Would it be possible to commit changes to ClickDimensions when the Save / Save and Close? Similarly on the Email Send the changes should be submitted on Save / Save and Close / Send / Test
