Website content cannot be truly mobile friendly without the viewport meta tag. For standalone web content that isn't embedded into a website already utilising the viewport meta tag, we should be able to either have the following meta tag included below automatically, OR be able to enable the use of it with a toggle method i.e. checkbox.
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1, user-scalable=yes" />

The main reason for this being that without it content will appear zoomed out rather than zoomed to the current viewport of the device viewing the content. The viewport can be manipulated via CSS with @viewport, however it is not as widely support as the meta tag above.
