Adding live seeds to an email send

Will it be possible to add email addresses to be included with a final send of an email? If we have internal contacts that we want to copy into final sends (who are not Contacts in Dynamics) currently that is not possible.

It would be great if similar to the test email you could also have a live seeds field where you can add email addresses in to include with the final send.
