Add EmailAddress1, 2 or 3 to SendClickDimensionsEmail entity

Currently the SendClickDimensionsEmail entity available in WorkFlows does not allow you to specify Email Address 1, 2 or 3 even though it is a required field on the EmailSend entity that it creates. Please add the ability to create an Email Send with the SendClickDimensionsEmail entity that specifies either Email Address 1, 2 or 3.
