Associate inactive email send to a campaign Merged

Hello,

After an email send is distributed it is flipped to inactive and read-only, which means that no fields can be updated. It would be valuable functionality to be able to update fields that aren't necessarily tied to the actual email send (e.g., associate the email to a campaign and campaign activity after the email is sent out).
