Decision node to begin a Campaign Automation and determine path

Ability to have a decision node at the beginning of a campaign automation to set different paths for different types of Contact. (i.e. if this type of contact, monitor clicks as an email interaction trigger and go down this path if not met; if that type of contact, monitor opens as an email interaction trigger and go down that path etc.)

    Hi Laura,

    We’ve added the ability to create a Dynamic Segment in our Release Version 2023.04. You will find the step by step instructions on how to create a Segment here, and how to use the Added to Segment within Campaign Automation here. Would having this feature solve this use case?
