Decision Node - Add quick option to pass all participants

Currently, when you connect a series to multiple actions the campaign automation builder defaults to a decision node, it assumes you don't want participants going down both paths. Currently if you don't provide any criteria it gives an error, indicating that criteria is required, rather than defaulting to just passing all participants as one might expect when no criteria is provided. If the error is to prevent people from accidentally passing all participants accidentally, can we at least get an easy checkbox that we can add to a decision node that will simply pass all participants rather than having to configure some meaningless criteria that all participants would qualify with/
