Bulk import option for values in Form Field "List" type

It's not possible to bulk import values for a "list" type in form fields. Example I want to list all the Countries in the field. I can do it one by one but there's no way to bulk import it. Also no way to connect states or provinces as sub field

    This is also my problem,

    I exported my solution from test environment to production but values for List fields are not exported and I don't have any tool to do it automatically !!!

    I have more than 100 Fields which are List type

    I think its better to add some new feature to support this.
