Just like the OLD Drag and Drop Editor had a lock feature to prevent Users from editing content blocks, the NEW Drag and Drop Editor needs a lock feature to prevent Users from editing certain Saved Sections. This is important because many CD clients have different User level permissions, and often there are marketing level Users who have access to email sends and templates, but shouldn't have access to editing all Saved Sections, such as opt-outs and subscription management.
Oops, just found it. Thanks for taking the time to point that out to me!
Hi Obie,
The 'Lock Section' button is available in the New Drag and Drop Editor and will be visible only to users who are assigned the 'ClickDimensions Lock Email Blocks' security role in CRM.
Regards,
CD Product Team
