    Hi David,

This already exists today, when you create a form or a survey and once created, in Campaign Automation you can use either the ‘Submitted Form’ or the ‘Submitted Survey’ Trigger as an entry point and based on the feedback on the form or Survey you can set up a decision node to capture the rules for the next steps as to which emails should be sent . More information on Decision node set up can be found here.
