Fix Barracuda Issue with CD Email

In regards to support ticket #315945, I was told to submit a feature request.


From what it looks like, Barracuda may be seeing another bit of code as a possible threat. It's possible the Barracuda filter is injecting a link within a link in a commented section of the code. The commented section only works for Outlook. Our could be that Barracuda doesn't like links within commented code, and tries to neutralize it to stop a potential JavaScript injection exploit.
