Be able to automatically select winner of split test when the email is scheduled.

When split testing emails, currently you can only automatically select the winner if you are sending the test immediately. We often have to schedule our emails. We'd like to be able to have the winner automatically selected, even when we schedule the test email, NOT just when we are sending the test email immediately.
