Add Second Pagination to Support Ticket page.

When opening a multi-page ClickDimensions Support ticket, it would be beneficial to add a second pagination control to the TOP of the ticket. Currently, the only way to navigate to the most recent comment is to scroll to the bottom of the first page and page through. This might be a request for zen-desk but we'll see.
