Make the Run Campaign Automation view customizable

I would like for the "Run Campaign Automation" view that is available on the Contact and Lead records to be customizable.  The name field appears to be only 100px wide and isn't expandable.  My campaign automation names are too long to be readable in the view.  Making that field 200 or 300px wide would be better.  Also I would like to add my own fields to the view.  Created on, Modified on, and Owner are not fields that are relevant to my users.  A description field would be more helpful to my users that are running campaign automation on their leads and contacts.
