Import Feature: Alternate Options and Option restrictions

Hi,

Overall I'm loving the addition of this feature, thank you. It would be great to distribute this tool more broadly in our organization, but the functionality as it stands makes us very hesitant to do so.

A couple features that would greatly ease our minds and allow us to make much broader use of the tool.

New Option: Add to Event/Marketing List Only

It would be great if there was an option to just add existing contacts to a list (and flagging those that couldn't be identified as an error).  This way we could isolate who has permissions to automate generation of a marketing list, from those who have the ability to mass import contacts into our system.  Creating contacts in bulk can already be achieved via the native import tools, but the mass population of a Marketing List is something totally unique to your product. It would be great to have the ability to separate out these permissions/roles.

Option Restrictions

It would be really nice if we could choose the Import Options available to a particular user/team/security role. Most worrisome is the "Overwrite existing data in CRM" option, which could blank out key information contact record. Because the import routine executes under a high-permission system account (vs. the person who made the import request), providing access to this tool essentially bypasses the Contact-level create/read/write permissions granted in CRM to the user.

This new option, and the ability to control what options are available to whom, would really allow us to make use of this incredibly powerful tool

Thanks!

-Eric
