Purpose: ensure the best user experience from a automated email campaign, giving users access to the relevant team phone and calendars.
Specific fields to be imported from the owner record should include:
- Direct line of sales executive
- Personal email of the sales executive
- Acuity link of the sales executive (calendar booking)
to amplify the user email experience and highly personalise emails.
Currently the system seems unable to pull in data from the team entity (which is what we use in the owner field).
