ClickDimensions needs to respect time zone/time savings consistently across all its functionality, entities/views etc.
Depending upon whether the UK is on GMT (UTC) or BST (UTC+1), the time on ClickDimensions is either correct or not. Eg, when on BST the Sent On field on an Email Send is an hour behind the time it was really sent but the view shows the correct time. But when we're on GMT it's correct. Obviously there are other instances in the ClickDimensions functionality where this happens, particularly if there is a connectivity issue with the SBRC and when an error occurs such as when trying to open a template, the time on the error is an hour out.
