Add BCC option per email template Merged

We want to add a BCC to some emails, typically the Quick Send type emails to single contacts/leads etc so we have a record of exactly what was sent (and to make sure the Freemarker content has populated correctly).  Setting the default BCC email address by email template would be beneficial so that the BCC recipient can be set appropriately (eg accounts, marketing, customer service) for each type of email.

We don't really need BCC on marketing list emails as we can simply add ourselves to the marketing list.
