Update to Support Request Form

It would be wonderful if the support form would auto-fill several of the fields. I shouldn't have to fill in...

  • CRM version
  • CRM URL
  • ClickDimensions version
  • Region
  • Account key

...for every request.

Better yet, why not have these fields as part of the User profile so that they can set it once and not have to provide it each time?

Also, when you open a new support form, it always automatically jumps to the button and the User has to scroll it back to the top to begin.
