Survey Enhancements

The survey function in ClickDimension is very limited, after playing around with for a bit, I noticed it is lacking some of the fairly basic functionalities that other Survey/Marketing tools offer, some of these functions include:

1. Ability to customize survey question/answer layout. Currently all of the survey radio buttons are aligned vertically, if we want to change that to position horizontally, there is no such option available.

2. Survey Rating configuration, currently there is only a standard 1 - 10 rating available. There is no way to change that to other rating scales such as 1 - 5, Excellent - Unsatisfied, 0 - 100%

3. Full HTML in the Survey tool, this gives us full control of what the survey page will look like. A free editor like the one in email template will work.
