The option to edit or change the global unsubscribe screen

Hey,

We need the option of a regional translation in the page you are directed to when you click unsubscribe. Globally we use the global unsubscribe, which directs you to a page in English asking you to confirm, followed by another message in English confirming your unsubscribe. However, some of my users from for instance Korea and China are asking if it is possible to provide a translation and modify the message their readers meet.

    hi, how can I add an unsubscribe e-mail ID back to subscribe as the customer had clicked un-subscribe option from global list and now he would like to get all the communication

    Hi Anne Kristine,

    you could create subscription that only contains the "unsubscribe all" checkbox and no subscription. In that way you have a global unsubscribe that is customizable.
