Send users to a different confirmation messages based on their selection in the subscription preferences form

I would like to direct users to different confirmation pages based on their selection in the Subscription Management form.

For example, if someone decides to update/change their subscription preferences, the confirmation message should say "Thank you for updating your preferences." However, if someone unsubscribes to all marketing lists, then the user should be redirected to a page that says "Sorry to see you go" with a survey asking them to select a reason why they decided to unsubscribe.
