Convert submitted forms/ suveys to PDF - for users and developers

If I complete a form through clickdimensions, I would like the option to receive a PDF copy via email or a summarised copy of the form.

or have the option to save a PDF copy (not for all forms).

As the developer of a form, I would also like the ability retrieve a PDF copy of this form, either for Recordkeeping requirements or to notify staff as a point in time, reference of the information submitted by a user, which may be requested or required at a later stage.

Additionally this feature could be added to surveys for the purpose of keeping the information provided as a complete copy of your response.  Different to the report provided for all responses submitted for a survey.
