Store Page ID and Form URL into Dynamics, Web content entity

 

We want to be able to have certain information concerning web content in Dynamics CRM. This allows us to save clicks and work more efficiently. As well it would enrich our opportunities for marketing automation. 

Two important elements we would like to have stored on its corresponding web content record in Dynamics. 

1. The Page ID; In this way we are immediately able to view the ID in Dynamics. We would no longer be required to go to the form builder, and from there to the Embed option to then click on 'Widget'.

2. The URL of the form. This would enrich our opportunities of building automated marketing processes. By the use of workflows, we would be able to always allow Email Templates used for invitations to get the URL of the registration page of an event.
