Showing dynamic content on the website depending whether the visitor is known in ClickDimensions/CRM

Hey guys,

within an current customer project we have a new requirement for a functionality which could be interesting:

When a websitevisiter klicks on a link on the homepage they want to show different content based on the information whether this person is known in ClickDimensions (as a lead or contact) or not. Different content means when the person is known maybe he forwaded to a cdi-form and if he is not known he gets forwarded to a cdi-landing page.

Maybe this is a functionality that some other companys and customers would like to use, too.
