Would like to have data made available for unique clicks based on unique individuals who have clicked on a message. That is the way every other email service provider system we have worked with reports unique clicks. Click Dimensions currently reports unique clicks based on the total number of links in a message that are clicked. Thus, a single recipient could be counted as having many unique clicks from a single message. This means that unique clicks can end up being a larger number than unique opens and it totally messes up the calculation of a click-to-open rate which is one of the most important measures we use. I can understand if you do not want to change the way you report "unique clicks" but at least make the data for "unique clickers" is available in charts and when results are exported.
Would be good if the team could pick this up as this is my number 1 annoyance when trying to do reporting on my emails sends as i'll usually export or try to visualise the data from Dynamics rather than using the Click email statistics tab (as i usually am trying to do bulk reporting on multiple sends within a single campaign).
I hate having to do an export, then having to manually go into each campaign to either pickup the 'unique clickers' details or I have to export all email events from a send then do a 'count' per contact for click event.
Has this actually Shipped?
I just spoke to a support and they told me "unique clickers" is not available for export from Email Sends data.
All we want to do is have a reliable way of getting % click rate out of Email Sends.
