Would like to have data made available for unique clicks based on unique individuals who have clicked on a message. That is the way every other email service provider system we have worked with reports unique clicks. Click Dimensions currently reports unique clicks based on the total number of links in a message that are clicked. Thus, a single recipient could be counted as having many unique clicks from a single message. This means that unique clicks can end up being a larger number than unique opens and it totally messes up the calculation of a click-to-open rate which is one of the most important measures we use. I can understand if you do not want to change the way you report "unique clicks" but at least make the data for "unique clickers" is available in charts and when results are exported.
