Mapping Pick List Form Fields to a Look Up field in CRM

The latest release maps a Text Form Field to a Look up field in CRM

What would really help is to have a Pick List Form Field map to a Look up field in CRM.

We developed a custom CRM entity for Country as there are so many different ways to write a country name e.g. USA, US, America, United States, North America, etc.

We replicate this list as a pick list on a web form, but cannot map the country from the form field into CRM

This would be a major advantage

    And also may be add an upload button to manually upload all the country names and map
