Survey Reporting Needs Improvement

Good morning,

 

I would kindly request improvement in the survey reporting functionality.  I see others have raised concerns around reporting alignment with the questions in the survey, which is a good suggestion.  However, I would like to further request that the survey reporting allows for an organization to use the survey results without spending hours getting the data in the format needed to understand trends.  Specifically, can you please create a report that aligns the survey questions as the column headers, and the survey responses as the row of data, so you have one row of data per survey respondent.  Happy to discuss further but would ask to prioritize this as the survey functionality within CD currently does not allow data to be used efficiently or effectively.

    Please! The new survey editor is so powerful, but actually retrieving the data, especially text comments, is extremely complicated and not user-friendly. It should be as simple as "Export Survey Results" and boom, the results of the survey export in Excel with a row for each user and a column for each question.
