The Survey Report available in Click Dimensions is pretty weak. For a start, the data should be listed in the same order as the survey itself. And more generally speaking, its pretty basic. We're used to more robust reporting in surveymonkey.com.
It somewhat defeats the purpose of having the survey linked to the Contact if you can't export the Survey Answers to Excel along with related data from the Contact.
A very basic example might be that I'd like to add the "Created On" column (from Contacts) to the report so that I can analyze the Survey Answers relative to the length of time the User has been a customer.
In this example, I have 2 options.
Include a question on the survey to ask the User how long they've been a customer (most won't be able to provide a precise answer, nor should we have to ask the User a question for something that we should already know the answer).
OR
I use a workflow to create Survey Answers for each Survey Submission, and populate it with the value from Contact (which is redundant data, and is bad practice).

Agreed, having the survey order in the same way it's presented should be standard in Dynamics and as an exported file.
Agreed. Forms, Google, SurveyMonkey, etc. all produce better and easier survey reporting.
It would be great to at least provide an excel doc with each individual's responses so we can create our own reports more easily (like how form reports are generated right now).
