Posted Form/Survey via Widget - Keep Link with Email Send

When a form or survey is embedded in the website with a widget, and contacts navigate to them (using a link in an email send ) and post the form/survey,the link with the email send is not made on the posted form/survey in MS Dynamics. The association with it isn't made, this os only made when it is a direct link, without a widget. It is very relevant information though! It is of course good to know what email was the trigger to post the form/survey. It would be great if this can be improved.

    Hi,

    We also need this relevant information! Now it's not easy to see and know for sure to which email sends the webcontent like surveys and forms is linked to. Hope you can develop this.
