Add "Marketing List" entity to the conditions selections in the D&D email template editor

We often send the same or very similar email to our Customer and Prospect list. However, when a paragraph or image needs to be changed for Prospects vs. Customers I don't see a condition option to easily accomplish this.

Since we do have Prospects that appear as Contacts we can't simply use the condition of Contact/Lead because some would be left out of that scenario.

We already have the conditions set up for our Marketing Lists, so it would be easiest to be able to select Marketing List from the condition menu and determine which copy block is shown for "Prospect Newsletter List" and which is shown for "Customer Newsletter List".
