You send an Email Send with Marketing Lists as recipients. Then people subscribes or unsubscribes, and ClickDimensions creates Preference Subscription records. It would be great if the marketings list were synced adding or removing the lead/contact/account from their marketing list. This way yo can use the same list for another Email Send, with the same target audience. This could be configurable with a couple checks on Email Send record: "sync opt ins" and "sync opt outs".
