Dynamic Content in an Email template

When I am setting up an Email Template with dynamic content, it would be very nice if there were some kind of functionality that would add IF and ESLEIF statements in the same way as if I was adding merge fields from Contact and Accounts.

So if I am designing my email template containing more than one content and therefor an IF and an ELSEIF, the Designer would find out what to write. This Means that it is not up to the user to know which statements to use when and where.

This would make it much eacy to create an Email Template with dynamic content.
