Make the Email "Show As > Read Only Grid View/Thumbnail" Sticky Merged

I don't like to look at my email templates in Thumbnail view, so I always set it to Grid view. But whenever I open an template and then come back to the list, it reverts to Thumbnail view, and I have to reset it to Grid again. Very frustrating.

    I agree this is terrible and needs to be changed asap!
