Include Referring URL, IP Address, Browser, and other information in Form Notification Email

In all other form processing scripts that I've used in the past, they all have the option to include the referring URL (where the form was filled out), the IP address of the user, and simple browser specifications. Sometimes there are options to have geo information, as well.

Some of this information is "good to have" items, but the referring URL is important, especially if you have many marketing landing pages that users may get sent to. This could be worked around right now by creating a form for each landing page, but it would be nice to use one form across many pages and just have the information about where the form was filled out.

Ok, I found out that CD actually collects the Referring URL information already. if you go into Forms > choose a form > click Sumbissions > choose an entry > click on the Visit timestamp, you can see the Entry and Exit URLs. You could easily just include those in the email notification, which would be great info to have.
