Live Chat with offline option that creates a lead or call back

A chat box that appears on our site that gives us the option to engage with site visitors, and track it through Clickdimensions/CRM

If we are unavailable it asks standard questions etc to get information and create a lead/callback etc.

Several third party chat options exist (like Zendesk that you use) some use "AI to simulate a person if one isnt available and get contact info.  It would be great to have one with full integration to CRM and would offer rapid response to sales and marketing teams.

    Yes! This would be amazing. Most companies use a chat widget of some kind on their website. With a chat widget, all contacts happening on the website (forms+chat) could be integrated and tracked with the CRM. The ability to create opportunities or tasks from this widget would be incredbile. This could easily be a paid feature/additional addon.
