Allow configuration of Form Field/Posted Field update of existing Contact/Lead fields

It would be helpful for us to be able to select the parameters by which data from a posted field will update fields on the contact/lead record.

For example we would like the contact record to only be updated when Click creates the contact (no match), but to not update the fields of any already existing contact within our system.
