Include any way to distinguish when a contact or lead has been newly created by a post form or survey answer. Maybe including a field in the contact/lead for "Created from" that links to that Form post or Survey Answer.
This way we can distinguish newly created contacts from updated ones and take different actions on them (via Campaign Automation or Workflows) according to if that was the first interaction with our company or not.
