Develop Notify Owner Action in Automation

Hi CD,

It would be really great if your team can develop the Notify Owner Action in Automation as currently it is pretty primitive.

What we will need are the following features:


  1. Ability to change sender for these notification emails. Currently these are sent from ClickDimensions only. What we need is to send these emails from our company name and email addresses. Similar to what is available in Email Send.

  2. Removing Lead's and Contact's names from the subject line. Unfortunately these are added to the subject line automatically by CD.

  3. Ability to add personalised fields into the message body. Currently only simple text can be added into these notification emails. However, what we need is to add personalised fields for the lead or contact for example lead's telephone number etc.

  4. Adding hyperlinks to these notification email. They don't need to be reported on but will be useful to hyperlink words so we don't have to add the full hyperlinks into the text body.
