Connect ClickDimensions to a zoom Account shared by many zoom's users

The single application delivered by Zoom gathers all Zoom users but the ClickDimensions connector can only work with one account.
The Zoom connector is therefore limited in terms of users: only one user can use it.


As the ClickDimensions documentation states, "If your organization has more than one user who will utilize the Zoom integration, each user will need to configure this with their own account. This will sync that specific users events rather than the organizations events."


Currently, the only alternative is to pay for a Zoom account for each ClickDimensions user, which is highly detrimental to teams working in the same company : it can be terribly expensive.

    to complete the pb is : ClickDimension is using the old JWT connector while ClickDimension should use OAuth, the modern and secure way
