Allow non-interactive user for ClickDimensions Service User

Please allow the Service User to be of type non-interactive.

The advice from ClickDimensions is to use a dedicated user for the ClickDimensions Service User. However, this user cannot be of type non-interactive, meaning a full CRM licence must be purchased for this purpose, which cannot always be justified.

Non-interactive users are designed for integrations where the user will only connect to the CRM instance via the api, and not via the user interface. This should be perfect for this use case. It is also free to have up to 5 non-interactive users.
