Form Captures to Include Subscription Lists

When we created a click dimensions form to manage our subscription preferences we found that click dimensions forms do not appear if a browsers security settings are set to medium or above.

So, to remedy this, I was thinking of using the form capture feature (this has worked with the browser security issue with other forms), however, this is not currently possible as the connections are not there. This would be a really useful feature moving forwards

    Hi,

    This new functionality was released as part of ClickDimensions Version 12.9.0 in September.

    You will find the release notes here with links to the knowledge base article.

    This is currently supported for Opt-in environments only and will be extended to Opt-out in coming releases.
