Survey - rating question display

Would like to see a couple of options for displaying/formatting question layout for ratings.  Currently the star looks nice, but it doesn't work for all rankings.

For example, we would like to be able to represent the rating buckets as radio buttons where you could only click a single option. 

Another suggestion would be to allow larger spacing between the stars so we could add some descriptive text, such as:

  • Numeric representation - 1, 5, 10
  • Naming representation - Dissatisfied, Indifferent, Satisfied
  • Percentage - 10%, 50%, 100%

etc. 

Please let me know if this is on the horizon - I have a prospect interested in using surveys, but they would definitely need a more robust rating/ranking question option.
