When a client/customer has submitted a form it would be great to be able to assign a task to a User group as well as an individual User so that the task could be picked up by any member of a User group.

Thank you for submitting your idea.
At the moment you can already create a follow up task as an action from a Form and assign it to a user.
We'll look into the assign to a team request, that's not supported right now.
