When adding a Follow Up action (Phone Call or Task) to a form through Form Actions, It would be really nice and useful if you could assign it to a team instead of a single user. In our daily work, we always assign cases and activities to teams and the user that have time to work on them then picks an item from the list, assign it to himself and start to work on it. Being forced to assign an activity to one single person is not good, what if that person is out of office for a longer time?
This request also applies to all other Form Actions, you should always be able to assign to a team!
