Ability to send QUICK SEND emails from any entity especially CUSTOM entities. Everyone in the company needs access to Quick Send templates. The quick send menu/templates should be usable from ANY entity in CRM including CUSTOM entities.
ANd perhaps more importantly, the EMAIL used should be that entity's email. It takes too many clicks to have to go and udpate emails on the contact record all the time. Contact record emails tend to be for marketing. THe one used by sales and other departments will usuall be a personal email and here it is MUCH quicker to use the email on the entity sales/staff are working on!! Or at least make the email visible in the QUICK SEND pop so they can change it there!
This would be 100% improvement on time spent clicking all over the place. Most of our business/customers require many many different emails and conctact points. So NOT CONVENIENT !
