D&D Editor block layout & style - new security role

Hi,

I would like to know if there is a possibility to enable the following scenario:

- create a standard email template of which the layout & style can be blocked for other users - only content can be changed (this question comes forth out of the real scenario where HQ of a company wants to create a standard template to be used by the subsidiaries in other countries and where they can only make changes to the content since layout & style is determined by corporate identity guidelines of the HQ office

    It should be possible to hide menu items and functions in the new D&D Editor based on security roles.
